We, the undersigned believers in Christ, of the Missionary Baptist Church, set ourselves in
 conference for consultation to constitute ourselves into one body with the Presbytery.

Shoal Creek Baptist Church was organized in 1867.  The first church building was built in 1901.  The present church was built in 1964, with the addition of the stage and back Sunday School rooms in 1983.  The fellowship hall was completed in 1995.
 
Shoal Creek Baptist Church is located on Shoal Creek Road in Balsam Grove.
