Class Visits at the
Transylvania Heritage Museum

The Museum offers a variety of Hands-on history programming for students of all ages, providing a unique and engaging method for children to learn about the past. Our programs allow them to interact with history in a tangible way, making the learning experience more meaningful and memorable. Engaging in activities that allow them to experience history first-hand, children are more likely to develop a deeper appreciation for the subject matter and retain the information they learn. By participating in activities that simulate historical events or involve the use of historical artifacts, children can develop a better understanding of how the past has shaped the world they live in today.

The Heritage Museum currently offers programming at the Silvermont Mansion and the Allison Deaver House. If you would like to bring a group, please contact Rebecca Suddeth about pricing and scheduling.
